Our initial cloud location is Melbourne. We don’t publicly state the specific Datacentre that we host at, other than to state that it’s a hyperscale DC with SOC and ISO27001 certifications.
We provide 24/7 support up to the VM – which covers the availability and performance of the network, the storage and the hosts that the VMs sit on. Support within the VM, such as the OS, packages, software, etc; are responsibility of the customer.
