What options do you have for Backups?
For our Cloud Virtual Servers we offer backups within our platform. We also partner with Acronis – a leader in the backup industry – to provide offsite backups for those that need it.
For our Web Hosting customers – Acronis backups are included with every hosting plan.
Can you assist with migrations in to your platform?
We would be happy to assist. Please reach out and we can discuss your needs and see how we can best help.
Where are the servers hosted?
Our initial cloud location is Melbourne. We don’t publicly state the specific Datacentre that we host in, other than to state that it’s a hyperscale DC with SOC and ISO27001 certifications.
Can I change the VM specs after purchase?
Yes. Machines can be resized up by changing the package. Resizing down isn’t supported.
What level of support do you provide?
We provide 24/7 support up to the VM – which covers the availability and performance of the network, the storage and the hosts that the VMs sit on. Support within the VM, such as the OS, packages, software, etc; are provided by the customer.
